Step 1: Explore Our Website
We encourage every prospective family to spend some time exploring our website before submitting an application. We’ve worked hard to provide thorough information about our breeding program, health testing, how we raise our puppies, our philosophy as breeders, pricing, and what you can expect throughout the process.
Our goal is to answer as many questions as possible upfront so you can determine whether one of our puppies is the right fit for your family. You’ll also learn about our commitment to responsible breeding, early puppy development, and the lifetime support we provide to every family who brings home one of our puppies.

Step 2: Follow Us on Social Media
Our website tells you about our program, but our social media allows you to experience it.
We encourage prospective families to follow us on Facebook and Instagram, where we regularly share photos and videos of our dogs, puppies, litters, health testing, daily life, and behind-the-scenes moments. It’s a great way to get to know us, see how our puppies are raised, and watch previous litters grow into wonderful family companions.
We also love sharing updates from our puppy families, giving you the opportunity to see our puppies throughout every stage of their lives—not just while they’re with us.
Step 3: Submit Your Puppy Application
Once you’ve had a chance to learn about our breeding program, the next step is completing our puppy application.
The application helps us get to know you, your family, your lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a Golden Retriever. Our goal is to ensure each puppy is placed in a home where they’ll thrive for a lifetime.
If we feel one of our puppies would be a good fit for your family, we’ll be in touch to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4: Join Our Waiting List
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you’ll have the opportunity to reserve your place on our waiting list with a non-refundable reservation fee.
Our waiting list is organized by the order reservation fees are received. Joining the waiting list secures your place in line for future litters.
When a litter is born, we contact families in reservation order and invite them to join that litter’s reservation list. At that time, you can decide whether you’d like a puppy from the current litter or if you’d prefer to remain on the waiting list for a future breeding. There is never any pressure—you can simply wait until the timing, pairing, or litter is the right fit for your family.
We’ll continue to keep you updated as pregnancies are confirmed, litters arrive, and exciting milestones are reached.
Step 5: Puppies Are Born
Once puppies arrive, we notify the families who have chosen to join that litter and begin sharing regular updates.
Every family on the litter list receives access to a private Google Photos album where we regularly upload photos and videos throughout the puppies’ first eight weeks. Watching your puppy grow from a tiny newborn into an adventurous eight-week-old is one of the most enjoyable parts of the experience, and we love sharing those memories with our families.
During these first eight weeks, puppies remain with their mother while receiving daily handling, age-appropriate socialization, and individualized care. These early experiences help build confident, well-adjusted puppies that are ready to transition into their new homes.
Step 6: Puppy Selection & Go-Home Day
Before go-home day, each puppy receives a comprehensive veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, routine deworming, and a complete health record. We also prepare your puppy’s paperwork and go-home packet so everything is ready for your arrival.
Go-home day is one of our favorite days! Families are scheduled for a private 30-minute appointment in the order their reservation fees were received. During your appointment, you’ll meet the puppies in person, make your final puppy selection, complete any remaining paperwork, and take your new best friend home the very same day.
Scheduling appointments in reservation order keeps the process fair while giving every family plenty of time to enjoy this exciting milestone without feeling rushed.
Before you leave, we’ll review your puppy’s health records, feeding recommendations, vaccination schedule, training tips, grooming guidance, and answer any remaining questions you may have. Our goal is to make sure you leave feeling confident and excited for the journey ahead.
Step 7: Lifetime Support
Our relationship doesn’t end when you drive away—it is just beginning.
We genuinely enjoy watching our puppies grow into beloved members of their families and love receiving photos and updates throughout their lives. Whether you have questions about training, nutrition, grooming, behavior, or health, we’re always just a phone call, text message, or email away.
