Step 2: Puppy Request Form
Don’t miss your spot on our list. Someone else might want your puppy too! Fill out our Puppy Request Form. This will help us learn more about you and what you are looking for in a puppy.
Step 3: Two-Way Discussion
Let’s make sure the puppy you want and our program is a good fit for you. After you submit your request form, you will be contacted for a quick phone chat.
Step 4: Confirm Puppy & Finalize Deposit
If we find that we are a good fit and your puppy is available, we can proceed in your puppy selection confirmation and finalize a deposit. A minimum $500 deposit will be required upfront to save your spot in line.
